PPH surgery (gun) & hemorrhoids removal/recovery

Posted: Jun 27, 2011

Anyone underwent PPH gun surgery for mucosal prolapse and hemorrhoids? I was operated on 14th June and it's over 2 weeks now and 70% of the symptoms are still there.

What is the recovery period? Any experiences?

;

I would call the doctor's office. - sweetgirlsmom

They know what the recovery time and typical results are. You may be within that and need to be patient. You may be experiencing a complication that should be corrected.

Yep, did that yesterday - concerned

The doctor told me that recovery period varies from patient to patient. It may take 2-12 weeks. They won't be doing any diagnostic before 12 weeks.

My Second Job And Gallbladder RemovalSep 10, 2010
Finally after several interviews I had someone take a shot and hire me for a second job!  I was thrilled about this until I found out that the training for this job is the same day as my gallbladder removal.  Now if all goes well I should be home at 1 pm and my training starts at 5:30 pm.  The good thing is that my sister is going through the same training.  So I was thinking since the first few days of training is basically just sitting on my butt I can have my sister take m ...

Nausea After Gallbladder RemovalJun 28, 2011
I had my gallbladder removed a week ago because of gallstones.  Now I have nausea daily almost all day long.  My doc gave me antinausea medication to help with this, but it makes me very sleepy, which in turn makes working difficult.  Does anyone else have this problem or know someone who does?  I would really appreciate some advice from anyone who can help me rid myself of nausea and not be sleeping all the time from medications.  Does this wear off with time?  I h ...

Anyone Ever Tried That Hair Removal System No No?Jul 29, 2013
I believe it's called the No No???  It is a hair removal system that supposedly you can use for legs, underarms, and EVERYTHING.  Was wondering if anyone had used it and if it works and how long you are hair-free.  I did notice it had a buffing pad with it and I did try a removal system once where you basically and your legs down with what felt like sand paper to remove the hair, but it was VERY time consuming and I would just prefer a quick shave every couple of days as oppo ...

More Signs Of Economic RecoveryNov 29, 2010
NEW YORK (Reuters) U.S. shoppers spent 6.4 percent more this Black Friday weekend than last year and hit department stores and clothing shops, rather than focusing on discounters as they had done in recent years. Retail stocks have rallied in recent months as national chains have reported month after month of improving same-store sales as the economy has stabilized and they have paid down credit card debt. On Friday, the S&P Retail Index was hovering near a 52-week high, after rising 30 p ...

AZ Students Protest Removal Of Mexican/American History ClassesApr 28, 2011
At the left is the video: TUCSON -- Rowdy students take over a big Tucson school board meeting in protest. It's a pretty wild scene -- and it's all over a Mexican-American studies class, a class that teaches history from a Mexican-American perspective. Here's what's going on. The governing board of the Tucson Unified School District was supposed to consider a plan that would make the class an elective, rather than a required class, like it is now. A state law passed in ...

"Recovery Will Fail Unless We Break The Financial Oligarchy That Is Sep 14, 2012
Anyone want something important to read, the NEEDS to be read, directly applicable to all of us regardless of politics? I think this article in The Atlantic about how our government has quietly been taken over by a business-lead oligarchy (while we quarrel with each other) should qualify. The Quiet Coup The crash has laid bare many unpleasant truths about the United States. One of the most alarming, says a former chief economist of the International Monetary Fund, is that the finance ind ...
