I keep waking up at 4:30 am - a job I'm just training for (a low-stress job and only 1 marathon week a month!) starts at 6 am. So I'm trying to be a morning person. Constitutionally I really don't like the idea of going to bed at 9 pm, or 10 pm. Although I have more energy during the day when I follow a morning schedule.
I'm afraid to read a book now, I think if I do I will fall asleep instantly. The night is young! ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
