Finally, someone with reason. People abuse the "free" stuff when they don't really need it. FYI: It's free for them, but not the rest of us. We are paying for it in our taxes.

There should be a law that you can't purchase lobster with food stamps. And a law that you can't use welfare money to get fancy phones, fancy manicures, fancy pedicures, etc.

I used to know someone on welfare, and while it was needed for her family, she would go out and get expensive facials, then complain she couldn't afford shampoo and soap for her family. She and her man would go out for fancy dinners at least once a month. In the grocery store, she'd grab imported cheeses instead of the generic. I finally couldn't take her anymore, and told her so. I had been making healthy meals for the kids because she was eating high on the hog, and the kids were getting crap.

So, there are those who will say I'm a hypocrite by not feeding the masses who already have free food, but so be it. I am helping the previously hard-working neighbors who have lost their jobs, by making them meals and donating paper products.

To those Christians who call me a hypocrite, sorry you feel that way. I know you all want to feed the masses by the hundreds who haven't lost a thing and ignore those who lost a bunch and could potentially become homeless. I guess you're waiting for them to become homeless? Interesting. So, I guess then you will feel that waiting for that crisis is your signal to help and this will be your ticket into heaven. That's all I can make of it.
