Churches budgets are stretched pretty tight, God doesn’t drop it at the altar, those donations come from parishioners and families within the congregation generally are the ones who benefit. Yes, I do know how long it takes to process an UE claim but I know that social services are just as difficult, if not more, to navigate. As a Christian person of faith, you sure do show much compassion for those less fortunate. Jesus taught us not to judge and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
