You DO need to get out of that relationship and I think you know that. He's not only an alcoholic and emotionally abusive, but controlling. He's also wanting to keep you isolated from other people (the class issue). Aside from the alcoholic part I've been there. You just have to decide that you need to get out. I understand that you feel trapped and even though you may love him you have to think about yourself. Nobody deserves to be treating like this. I'm hoping you find the strength to do what's best for yourself!
