ohio repub governor busted state union now

Posted: May 25, 2011

"looking into" lowering taxes on banks.  Coincidentally, he is a former banker. Keep them coming republicans.

;

Huge backlash coming. - I just hope it isn't too late.

[ In Reply To ..]
With all the damage they are doing to people's rights while empowering the rich and corporations.

Giving away our revenue is something that can't easily be fixed - Better late than never I guess

[ In Reply To ..]
They are just in failure mode for some reason. No common sense. It's like a watching a train wreck. What are they thinking? Some of these things they are doing will take years to repair, if they can be fixed at all.

Blah blah blah.. Unions intimidated and stole. THEY - should disappear. nm

Unions can be good or bad and they rescued many Americans from corporate abuse - Furthermore See Message

[ In Reply To ..]
There are many fine people who are union members. They don't intimidate. They don't steal. They are honorable, respectable workers who, because they are union members, make an appropriate income, and without it, wouldn't. In fact, I wonder if the minimum wage idea was put in effect due to the hard work of unions carrying on into non-union matters. I know that I have worked places where I benefited greatly because the company had a union, even though I was clerical and most clerical people didn't join the union. I made a reasonable salary with benefits. I believe strongly in decent, honorable unions. We need more of them. We need them in medical transcription, although that ship has already sailed.
It is not the members who changed unions... - it is the hierarchy....
[ In Reply To ..]
and the almighty buck. I think you know that. Unions have become a financial arm of the Democratic party and they should be representing ALL their members. Their very noble beginnings have been corrupted by greed for power and the almighty buck.

That's kinda like screaming fix corporate - loopholes when you have

[ In Reply To ..]
had control of the committee that creates them for 8 out of the last 10 years, right? Or saying that Republicans cater to corporations and the rich when you put in as an advisor the CEO of GE, the poster child for corporate welfare...made millions for himself, the company will pay very little if ANY taxes this year, and he made some of those millions by offshoring half of the GE workforce? Can we say hypocrisy? On Obama's behalf for doing it, and on your behalf for trying to float out there that only Republicans do it.

How about all the lobbyists in the no-lobbyists-in-my-administration administration?

Keep them coming, Democrats!

You're sure hung up on that GE thing aren't you? - There you go again

[ In Reply To ..]
That's such a weak argument. Not even the Republican talking points are bothering with the GE thing, but that's all you've got, so you have to keep repeating it.

You explain it then. Go ahead. And - then tell me with a straight

[ In Reply To ..]
face if this was a Repub administration appointing a welfare corporation head honcho who offshored half his work force as an advisor wouldn't have you wailing and gnashing your teeth?

The only thing more transparent than you is Casper the Friendly Ghost.

Why not address any of the other issues? Because you can't. Politics of personal destruction is all Democrats have. They don't have a plan or policy suggestion of their own...oh wait, I take that back. Their plan is to attack the other guy's plan.

Well I have to give it to you...you are a good little foot soldier.
Yep, the Dems never have ideas other than stealing - someone else's money. Then, when
[ In Reply To ..]
someone on the other side actually has a plan, all they can do is cry foul. There is no bigger hypocrite than a democrat.

point 5 of 8 - endless loop

[ In Reply To ..]
big wheel keeps on turnin. Tea bags keep on churnin. totally impervious to learnin.
What was it your cohort said....run from - facing an issue?
[ In Reply To ..]
you couldn't face an issue if your life depended on it...sincerely hope it never does...for your sake, t-shirter.
unclear - please - clarify
[ In Reply To ..]
are you one person or many people? I cant tell.
Are you one person making all the Dem - posts? I can't tell.
[ In Reply To ..]
nm
that was actually a - real question
[ In Reply To ..]
I can't tell if one person is posting or several, but the flip answer was not unexpected.
It was not a flip answer. I can't tell with all - the Dem posts if it is
[ In Reply To ..]
one person posting and answering his/herself or different people posting, the content is so similar. Probably the same reason you can't tell if the opposition posts are the same person.

And your answer, especially the "flip"...also not unexpected. ;)
Is there an echo - in that empty space
[ In Reply To ..]
You obviously admire my style. But it would be best if you developed your own. And even though you avoided my question, i will answer yours. No, I am not making all the dem posts. But I am glad to see like-minded posters here.
Your condescending style gives you away. - You go there when
[ In Reply To ..]
you don't get the answers you seek. There is just one of you here. Easy to pick out on a page of posts.

I will answer your question, as best I can, but it will not be the answer you seek. I am one person, yes. Did I make all the opposing posts? No. You are glad to see like-minded people? Well, I would agree, however, it is like-minded to the point of being Stepford-like. Nobody wants to talk about the Dems plan for anything other than ripping Republicans, though I have seen many posts trying to get someone to.

Nearly every thread gets started with a Repub bash, then comes the piling on, and let one dissenter enter the thread and the group goes for that throat. And no, sorry, I DON'T admire that style.

I know one of the dissenters is an independent, like myself. Some of the dissenters are Republicans I believe. Some, like your side, just post in kind to get a reaction.

Takes all kinds I guess. I really wish the Dem posts WERE more different. Because I don't understand a mindset that looks at current conditions and does not question the current leadership simply because they are of the "correct" party.

Hope I never get indocrinated to that point. But if that works for you...great....but you could allow for a dissenting opinion...in the interest of fairness, you know. THAT I would admire. :)
Okay, here's a different Democrat to reply to your incorrect assessment - We are all different
[ In Reply To ..]
I've noticed that the other Democrats on here all have different viewpoints than I do. I'm a little disappointed about that. I want them to all be right, like me, but they are wrong on a few issues.

No Stepford Wives here. We all are opinionated and apparently are different varieties of Democrat, as it actually should be.
Ah....the Democrat who is ALWAYS RIGHT - weighs in. It must
[ In Reply To ..]
be so reassuring to know that you are absolutely right on every issue, even within your own party.

The operative word being...Democrat. Yep, it's obvious, give me Democrat or give me death. Don't want to discuss issues, only want to bash anything not Democrat, and if necessary, a Democrat dares to have an opinion other than the party mantra, label them "wrong on a few issues."

Wow. How does that ego fit through a regulation door? You are seriously arrogant there, friend....just in case that has escaped you. But to be a good Democrat...that is as it should be, to quote you.

ROFL. You take yourself WAYYY too seriously.
ha! that wasn't me - but you are right I am always correct
[ In Reply To ..]
this is kinda fun. (condescension so you know its really me . . . )
Where in the world did all that vitriole come from? - Where is your sense of humor?
[ In Reply To ..]
Do you not have a sense of humor? The anger speaks volumes, but I don't enjoy talking with angry people. There is no way to have a discussion or debate with an angry person. Just try it with a tea partier. It can't happen.
You don't want to have a discussion or debate - with anyone. Pull the
[ In Reply To ..]
other leg. No vitriole. Fact. OP is arrogant. Arrogance is the flagship of the Democratic party. Not my fault; I did not choose that road. If they don't want to be called arrogant, they shouldn't practice it.

Don't tell me...you were among the first 10 to order the t-shirt.
I'm not interested in t-shirts - nm
[ In Reply To ..]
nm
Good choice. Those T-shirts are not - going to be the Dems'
[ In Reply To ..]
friends. Just sayin.
Whenever "the echo" starts posting, I bow out - Iino
[ In Reply To ..]
More than one dem for sure.
Ah, Dems are so tolerant of another's - right to post. More than
[ In Reply To ..]
one of you shares that opinion, for sure. Another choir member heard from.
you dont really have to respond - to every post do you
[ In Reply To ..]
Let me save you the time, you reply:
"No but you sure do" See if you can resist posting.
Not OP, but if you don't want a response - Indy
[ In Reply To ..]
you should stop trying to provoke one. What is it you are trying to accomplish?
This is a test, this is only a test. - Iino
[ In Reply To ..]
No response necessary. Only you have the power to respond or not.

Exactly what I think about the current President!! - Thanks for posting. nm

of course, are outraged, but very conservative Mr. Kasich, who used an "administrative maneuver" to accomplish this, says it's a matter of both Christian compassion, as well as "cool economic practicality." Seemingly Mr. Kasich does not plan to run for President in 2014. :) This will be very big for some Ohioans, and irrelevant for others of course. Hopefully those interested will consider finding out what their new premium and coverages would be either in in person or by phone... ...

FACT CHECK: Overreaching In State Of Union SpeechFeb 12, 2013

Sen. That's true. There is no Bernie super PAC per se, but he does benefit from the super PACs within his coalition. Moreover, he's benefited from indirect Wall Street contributions and regularly attended retreats hosted by their lobbyists, according to the Wall Street ...

Because Voting In Ohio Just Isn't Hard Enough..smAug 10, 2012
Ohio voting just got a little harder, not because early voting has been cut down, and not because of new ID restrictions. That's right. Republicans are doing everything in their power to ensure a win in Ohio. The latest tactic works on a county by county basis.
