There is something wrong with her. I live in Ohio and am allergic to ragweed and mold, and smoke to boot, but don't spend my time coughing. She seems to do that a lot.

of course, are outraged, but very conservative Mr. Kasich, who used an "administrative maneuver" to accomplish this, says it's a matter of both Christian compassion, as well as "cool economic practicality."
