What's your mental framework? Are you dedicated to truth

Most people today have absolutely no personal dedication to discovering what is TRUE, as opposed to what they are already predisposed to think.

In fact, they are very highly defended against any facts that conflict with their view of the world. They impugn the source.  They slant or distort the data - and easily find other sources that have done so, always in favor of their own positions - while ignoring contradictory evidence.  

They don't have the slightest idea how (or desire) to submit their positions to rigorous, objective evaluation.

Is this you?  Yes, I'm asking you.  I ask because of what I'm finding on this forum.  The garbage is really stinking up the place.  Whether it's BREXIT, gun control or the presidential campaign, the aroma of decay is incredible.

For instance, you cannot understand BREXIT without understanding the intrusive regulations and restrictions that the EU Parliament has imposed on member nations over the past decade - but do you?  No, in 99.9% of the cases, you do not.  You talk, but you do not KNOW. 

You think BREXIT was about immigration - and then you throw around terms like "xenophobe" and "islamophobe" - but was it?  No, it was not.  Imimigration was but one issue.  The EU had become dictatorial, intrusive and bureaucratic...but are you aware to what degree?  You might be astonished to learn.  But no - you yammer, but you don't bother to find out.

Well, excuse me, but I have to spray the room now.  Your prejudicial stench is getting to me.
