to most of us who realize that no insurance product's premiums can be locked in a month in advance of sales. Otherwise, the briefest of web searches reveals there is no mystery surrounding rate increases and decreases, and no shortage of explanations as to why there are state-by-state disparities, as one would expect from STATE exchanges and between states where Medicaid has been expanded versus those still being held hostage by various red state political extortion schemes. BTW, some states have provided rate filings, others not, since the deadline is one month from now.
