Obama's approach for the new year appears to look straight past newly emboldened Republicans who take full control of Congress on Tuesday.

Although no matter how crappy the democrats were and what they did to this country, a president needs to go though congress. That is the law and they do need to be acknowledged. If any president does not do that they need to impeach him, physically remove him from office and work with another.

Except that with even more Republicans in it, - Congress is even MORE of a mess.
