WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — Islamists in the Middle East are speaking out following President Barack Obama’s re-election Tuesday night.
The Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood feels that the only foreign policy change Obama can bring is by “accepting the will of the Arab people.”
“We must rely on ourselves and on our resources and build our country,” Issam Al-Aryan, a top Muslim Brotherhood official, said, according to The Times of Israel. “In the absence of direct American influence, Egypt can affect and lead the process of building a democratic and constitutional regime that will become a dream for African and the southern hemisphere.”
Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood wants to make Shariah Law the main source of the country’s new constitution.
Terror group Hamas is calling for Obama not to be “biased” toward Israeli interests during his second term.

The same people who are pushing for this are the same people Obama is meeting with and making deals with. If you have a leader who believes in that way of life they will (and can) make it happen. Remember now, there are 141 news executive orders under Obama in just 3 years. If he wants this to happen it will.
Every person should care about this subject because it changes our way of life. It affects every one of us. Your treasonous words are truly disturbing and offensive. Yes, yes, I know...if it does pass as long as a democrat is president you will accept it with open arms, but if a republican was in office you'd be screaming off with his head.

[ In Reply To ..]My comments were directed at the notion that the Egyptian MBH in any way will be dictating President Obama's Middle Eastern policy, particularly where the US "bias" toward Israel is concerned, and the suggestion he would simply fall in line. HOW DARE YOU presume to transform that into an indifference toward the 4 Americans who died in the embassy attack?
That said, they have every right to expect the US, Israel and the rest of the world to accept the legitimacy of Egypt's elections and their selection of a MBH leader via democratic process. IMO, President Obama is more than capable of understanding what that means and how it's going to, not only shape US diplomatic policies with Egypt, but also its overall implications to the regional Arab Spring countries, Israel and the War on Terror.
FYI, I agree that the approach to the question of Israel's illegal occupation of Palestine needs a major attitude adjustment from the US. I also believe President Obama already knows that, and does not need the MBH, me or anyone else to remind him as such. I will not be holding my breath in anticipation that will ever come to pass. Not in my lifetime.
