Like anybody, I'm not that crazy about paying taxes, but in the 50 years I've been doing it anyway, I've always been impressed with the polite, and knowledgeable agency staff and the procedures they have in place for promptly escalating inquiries that require specialized expertise. Thanks, GOP, for the "do less with less" mindset and for being true to form as you strive for the dumbing down of the dumbest "little guys" who pay and collect your salaries.
