Here's how well our economy is doing........

It's absolutely disgusting that people think "they" care about us.

What site it's from. It would be rejected and called fake unless it says what you want to hear.
The same people who shielded Obama for 8 years - which is how he escaped criticizism
[ In Reply To ..]
for anything and was never held accountable for 8 years (including illegal immigration, the economy stagnating, etc.), are now telling us just the opposite with Pres. Trump. Anything good happening in America cannot be accredited to Trump.
We have fewer people on food stamps, the economy is growing at a rate Obama never had.
The same MSM that insulated Obama from bad news is now doing everything they can to deny Trump any credit.
Trump is slaching Obama's regulations which allows - businesses (small included)

to expand and put more money back into their business, including hiring.
Top 1% expand their businesses and hire people. - sm

Simple. It's a win-win!
You mean like Nuance? ImedX? MModal? - How's that going for ya?
[ In Reply To ..]
Do you get it yet? Slave wages...if that's winning count me out. I refuse to support them, and I would like the corporate welfare gravy train to stop too.
Wow, you really do live in a dream world. How - much have your wages gone up?
[ In Reply To ..]
I see the head of Nuance made a fortune with salary and bonuses and listen to people on here complaining because they barely make minimum wage. When I asked for proof, I mean actual proof that "we are winning." I'm still waiting.
Still waiting for any proof that Obama did ANTYHING - in EIGHT YEARS!!!!
[ In Reply To ..]
and screaming about "proof" for President Trump in six months. Your lack of proof from Obama reign of terror speaks volumes and I mean volumes. Then you hold President Trump to a standard you did not hold your Golden Boy...Defies common and logic, but that's the lefties for ya.
This wasn't a Trump/Obama post until you - This was 99% vs 1%

You assumed the Republican thing. Speaks volumes. Obama is a Democrat...just as vad as Republican...both corporatists.
So what? - Posters can point out your hypocrisy

if they want. It is not up to YOU to tell anyone what they can or cannot post.
It is illogical to make assumptions of that - Nature..

No, it is irrational. It shows an obssession with categorizing and not being able to discuss or observe without preformed opinion.
I posted the article. You tell me where I said - anything about Trump!!!!
[ In Reply To ..]
Get over yourself already. I'm talking about the 1% taking advantage of us working people, which includes you and me!!!!!!
Everyone is well aware of your hatred for O - but really....sm
[ In Reply To ..]
Not a leftist and certainly not telling you to try to contain your hatred for Obama, you probably need to get it out somehow, but not every post or every thread here is about what Obama did or did not do. Try hard to keep up with the subject matter in a thread. When you do not have anything to contribute to that subject matter, fine. Start your own separate thread about how much you hate Obama and request your "proof" of whatever it is you are seeking because most posts are concerns about current politics and who is president now, current legislation, and current political issues. You seem to only address those issues with something about Obama, either to deflect from facts about current issues, or you do not know anything about the current issues, or you have some angry fixation with people who do not believe as you do. Your insults are certainly allowed here, but I am embarrassed for you because they are getting old and not even relevant.
Speaking of hatred, I've never seen so much hatred - for a sitting president as those on the

left have for Trump, in my entire adult lifetime of paying attention to politics. The media has been left leaning for years but they don't even try to hide it anymore.
No one hated Obama, but it was his policies were disagreed with, but we were called racist to shut us up. The media were complicit in this. In fact, you'll be hard pressed to find many negative reports on ANYTHING Obama did.
The mainstream media has lost all credibility to many of us. All they talk about his Trump's poll numbers or whatever the chaos of the day is.

was indeed hated. The, as you on the right like to call news the MSM, criticized him just as well. I liked him so I noticed it, a lot. As for trump, spare me the boo hoos. He brings on anything he gets on his own. He spews his lies every single day. He has said so many disrespectful things regarding women and mocked others who aren't like him. His lies are backed up by video after video of saying one thing one time and another thing another time. He has a long way to go to earn my respect, and given his track record, he likely never will. He deserves whatever he gets.
No, it wasn't hatred. It was the fact that the MSM never - reported anything bad, even
[ In Reply To ..]
when many of his policies were questionable. Case in point. Iran nuke deal. We couldn't even have a debate about policy as we were called racist.
No, the hatred for Trump surpasses anything I've ever seen in my lifetime of 63 years.

[ In Reply To ..]
you get what you give. There are so many questionable things trump has done in a mere 7 months, but nothing so much as his stupid "fire and fury" comment. So yeah, let's have one madman go after another madman and see which one can nuke the other first. Thank God for congress because if not for them, I have no faith in feeling safe in this country until this idiot is gone. And that's not just hate, that's pure fact. And I don't appreciate him treating the country I love as it's his stupid reality show, yelling "you're fired". How many has he fired already. I don't know, lost count. Disgraceful.
You are complaining about two - different things, it sounds like
[ In Reply To ..]
MSM, as you call it did report bad things Obama did when his policies were questionable. I voted for him and I questioned some of the things he did as many of us did. The only ones claiming the left thought of him as some kind of God are the folks on the right. No president is perfect but all in all I think he was a good president.
Then you say "we couldn't even have a debate about policy as we were called racist." So now you are talking about chat boards, I am assuming? News and chat boards are two different things.
So you were called racist. I get called a liberal fascist, lefty loser, commie and whatever the word of the day is all the time. So where do you see the hatred for Trump "surpasses anything you've seen in your lifetime?"
Maybe your expectations need to change. We live - in a technology world now.
[ In Reply To ..]
My husband is an electrical engineer with tons of openings. The world is his oyster now. For me, I know I don't have the intellect for that sort of work. Not everybody does.
I've discovered online a group of people like me who aren't real technology savvy but are craftsman oriented and make a pretty good living without concerns for having to join a union. It may seem like a small thing, but, at 61 years of age on August 15th, I find it somewhat refreshing...
Another thing that hinders many from hiring is fear of being sued. Companies are now scared to hire because the government has made it so difficult to fire.
What we are and have been seeing is technology - changing the opportunities
[ In Reply To ..]
for employment in this country and the world. We will also always need skilled craftsman/women in this country. These come in both union and nonunion employment. Though a nonunion worker will make less than the union, if it wasn't for the union, both would be making peanuts as other job types that are not union. With the higher wages paid by the union companies, nonunion wages need to be at least competitive, so that is good.
Where on earth did the government make it so difficult to fire? There are discrimination laws but that is a good thing. My state recently went to a Right to Work state. Basically, an employer can fire you for any reason and you have no recourse. Again, not a good thing.
I totally disagree with your last statement that companies are scared to hire because the government made it so difficult to fire. Companies don't hire because they don't want to pay more people. They just pile more work on the employees they already have but don't pay them more for their work. This has been an ongoing issue and it is so they can make more profits off our backs. It has nothing to do with difficulty firing employees.
Because we live in a technology world, education is...sm - VTMT

More important than ever. There are lots of well-paying jobs available that remain unfilled because we do not place enough importance on educating our children.
Very true. I know Obama was trying to instill - that we need to focus more
[ In Reply To ..]
on education and got some programs in place to help and I think I read that Trump was talking about initiating more internship programs, so we just need to keep focusing more and more on education to get our kids up with the times on education.

US Economy Shrinks 0.1 Pct.,Jan 30, 2013WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. economy unexpectedly shrank from October through December for the first time since 2009, hurt by the biggest cut in defense spending in 40 years, fewer exports and sluggish growth in company stockpiles. The drop occurred despite stronger consumer spending and business investment.

20 Ways The Economy Has Gotten Worse Since Barack Obama Became President
By almost any measure that you can think of, the U.S. economy has gotten worse since Barack Obama became president. Unemployment is higher, the cost of food and gas are skyrocketing, the number of Americans living in poverty has spiked dramatically, the housing market is in nightmarish shape and our national debt has absolutely exploded.
Meanwhile, Barack Obama continues to prance around the countr ...
