Whatever.

Cheer up, pixie dust. It's GOOD for you that this administration - is not totally incompetent and the U.S. recovering

[ In Reply To ..]
It would take us at least several years to recover from the sort of disaster you guys have been insisting Obama's election means.

That our economy has instead been slowly recovering over the past 4 years also suggests that maybe the world won't come to an end (and maybe even continue to improve!) should the unthinkable happen and Obama win another term.

Well, Obama was the one who was going to wave the magic wand and presto - backwards typist

the deficit would be cut in half, the economy would grow, etc., etc., and that's why I DIDN'T vote for him. Knew he was just blowing smoke.

BTW, does he still smoke?
Did you blame Bush for bad info on WMD in Iraq? - The facts

When President Obama inherited the mess from Bush, apparently no one knew the depth of the Bush fiasco.

I believe it. - nm

I had the strangest thing happen - a minor closed head injury around Christmas that turned into an acute/subacute SH about 5 weeks later necessitating a frontotemporoparietal craniotomy with clot evacuation, followed by a "significant" seizure disorder, placed in a coma for a week, about 12 days in ICU, then 2-1/2 days on Med/Surg and dismissed.  Home health including ST, OT, PT and nursing came for a few weeks.  It has been 10 weeks now since the surgery.  I'm starting back ...

CNN Poll Shamefully Skewed. De-skew The Poll And It'sSep 11, 2012
The campaign to mislead the public, discourage conservative voters, etc. is underway, full bore. Do NOT believe ANY polls.  Think for yourself - and VOTE, regardless of any polls that might suggest that Obama has this sewn up.  The DNC had a disastrous convention and they're also trying to make that look like the best thing since conventions began. (You can tell from the desperation of his campaign strategy that HE knows he doesn't have it sewn up.) ...

Is President Obama ever going to stop blaming the Bush administration for the mess we are in.  I don\'t care who caused it, it needs to be fixed.  Besides, I thought we had a democratic congress???  I just wish he would stop the blah, blah, blah, Bush, Bush, Bush, and get on with doing his job to the best of his ability.  He does not give the American people enough credit.  We are smarter than he thinks.  November will be a landslide.  I actually wish ...

US Economy Shrinks 0.1 Pct.,Jan 30, 2013
WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. economy unexpectedly shrank from October through December for the first time since 2009, hurt by the biggest cut in defense spending in 40 years, fewer exports and sluggish growth in company stockpiles. The drop occurred despite stronger consumer spending and business investment. The Commerce Department said Wednesday that the economy contracted at an annual rate of 0.1 percent in the fourth quarter. That was a sharp slowdown from the 3.1 percent growth rate in t ...
