Didn't you ever wonder how it got on desk - just like he demanded - when he got back from his vacay?  It was all ready for him.  Who did you people THINK wrote it?

Speaking of uninformed, the Beckster's false claims - don't hold water

Media matters doesn't hold water. - FYI

Nothing to see here

That's your opinion, but what does hold water are - the court records

[ In Reply To ..]
with the judge's exact words that are cited therein. As the cliche goes, you are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own set of facts. You are also entitled to turn a blind eye to them whenever confronted with them, just as the rest of us are entitled to ignore the "nothing to see here" directive and make up our own minds.

I don't think most posters here, being so liberal(sm) - LM

don't realize or don't care that Media Matters for America is a far left progressive site. George Soros even has a stake in it. Most normal people don't pay any attention to anything it writes.

When you can't address the issue of Beck's falsehood - then

[ In Reply To ..]
it's always the cons go-to strategy to slay the messenger instead. Most "normal people" get the underlying message loud and clear, especially when the (gasp!) George Soros card is played. That's always my cue to research more on the target of their disdain, knowing full well I will find other progressive gems of wisdom they are unable or unwilling to tackle. That certainly is the case with Robert Creamer, whose rather prolific body of political critiques, community organizing successes and political strategies, no doubt, have rankled the wingers for more than 4 decades.

Can't get more hateful than that site - Truthhurts

[ In Reply To ..]
That site is worse than Mother Jones and that's saying a lot!

Will you keep worshiping George Soros when he takes down our economy.

So hateful they reported the judge's exact words - and ruling truthfully.

[ In Reply To ..]
How dare they!

Why not? They continue to worship Barry and - he's doing the same thing.

[ In Reply To ..]
nm

What does George Soros have to do with the - judge's ruling?

[ In Reply To ..]
The Beckster lied. The poster echoed the lie. It's been discounted by information that is a matter of court record. Get over it.

Not really. Informed folks already know - the historical evolution

of various national health care/single payer/universal health care plans. We also know that the idea is certainly not uniquely American. It made its debut in the 1940s in New Zealand, Saskatchewan, and the United Kingdom; in the 1950s in Sweden, Iceland, and Norway; in the 1960s in Denmark, Finland and Japan; in the 1970s in Australia, Italy and Portugal; in the 1980s in Greece, Spain, Brazil, and South Korea; in the 1990s in Taiwan and Israel. Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland expanded their programs between the 1970s and the 2000s....evidently because they became so popular on account of their effective and efficient nature.

This being the case, naturally a whole huge body of literature and research grew up around the concept that has been the subject of academic inquiry every since. Legislative efforts have been ongoing in the US in one form or another since the 1990s. As a matter of fact, the US National Health Care Act was first introduced in 2003 during W's reign (see link to HR 676) but, alas, it took a strong-willed effort by a democratic president and Congress to amass the ginormous body of information and craft the final version of the ACA LAW, now set to go into effect next week.

The fear and loathing over the very idea that, like its Medicare and SS predecessors, it will become another popular social program Americans embrace, and that democrats will get the credit (once again) for its creation is driving the cons more and more nuts as the clock ticks down.

Therefore, it comes as no surprise at all that the American Stinker and its readers are trying to pull out all the stops in their hate- and fear-mongering campaigns. Predictable, true to form and oh so transparent. Did I mention boring?

Speaking of uninformed, there are 820 PP clinics and around 68 million women of child-bearing age in the US.  That works out to around 82,927 women per clinic.  Yeah, that'll work.  Access for those who live hundreds of miles from the nearest facility could prove problematic, dontcha think?  Of those, only a small percentage qualify for tiered cost programs.  Your assumption that PP can handle this all by its lonesome is ridiulous, particularly in view of the relent ...

Obamacare Meltdown Has Arrived. Tennessee Is Ground Zero For Obamacare'sOct 07, 2016
last month the state insurance commissioner, Julie Mix McPeak, approved premium increases of up to 62% in a bid to save the exchange set up under the Affordable Care Act. “I would characterize the exchange market in Tennessee as very near collapse,” she said. Then last week BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee announced it would leave three of the state’s largest exchange markets—Nashville, Memphis and Knoxville. “We have experienced losses approaching $500 million over the course of ...

Obamacare Is Failing From Behind... His Goals For ObamacareJul 20, 2016
1) Have it collapse so that single payer can be implemented amidst the ensuing chaos. 2) Have that happen on somebody else’s watch. Obamacare was designed to fail so the Democrats could “reform” it with complete government provided socialized medicine. That is the entire purpose for it. Obamacare is designed to collapse so they can backfill the vacuum with government run socialized medicine. Eventually, everyone will be on some form of Medicare. I believe that was one of Bernie’ ...

This simple distinction, braking public opinion into big blocs, immediate ...

This Is My Take On Obamacare For Oct 03, 2013
So this is what I have learned.   After listening about the new health insurance, this is what I know. There are 3 levels of care/cost. They are trying to get the young people to join to keep the cost down for the older people. Well after listening to a question and answer discussion on line program coming out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota hospital systems, it scared me greatly. If all the young people join this program, it will not help the older people who live on a fixed inc ...

When discussing the ACA or Obamacare, whichever you call it, remember that it is literally like comparing apples and oranges (and grapes, pineapple and maybe even potatoes).  Each state has different prices and different plans from the federal plan.  Some states now have only one company offering a plan through their state exchange.  Each plan has a different monthly cost, a different deductable and it goes on and on and on.  The requirements are different from state to state ...

For those MTs on here cheering the repeal of Obamacare keep in mind that many of your fellow IC MTs are on Obamacare currently and with health issues.  They were unable to secure insurance prior to the ACA and today are covered for their health issues at an affordable rate.   You write of soaring premiums under Obamacare but fail to take into consideration the cost of individual health insurance rates in your "free market."  Those rates for me were over $1,200 per month for 1 ind ...
