Every one of them has serious flaws, either of character, personality, world view, experience, or philosophy - and in most cases more than one of these - that I simply cannot stomach.
In my experience, it's always a choice between the lesser of two evils, but this election cycle seems to have brought out a spectacularly miserable collection of candidates. And yes, Sanders and Trump supporters, I mean them too - or perhaps especially them too.
It looks like I'll be sitting on my hands this time, unless something in the general election campaign changes my mind - not because I believe that people shouldn't vote, but simply because I have no honest preference.
The single exception would be if Sanders were to be the candidate on the Democrat ticket, in which case I do feel strongly enough to vote for anyone on the Republican side - and even that would be a "no-way" vote. After everything is said and done, Sanders is, far and away, the most dangerous of all the candidates on either side, PERIOD, NO CONTEST. In a field characterized by bald-faced scumbag liars, Sanders is hands-down the chief among them.
So, I say - go Sanders! If you're nominated, at least I'll be able to vote to kick your pathetic wrinkled old commie azz to the curb in November.
