When you say the word "teabaggers" it refers to a man that squats over a womens face and lowers his you know whats into her mouth during sex. It's also not limited to just men and woman...it is what prisoners do. It's a disgusting term. Every time I see it written on this board that's all I can picture and I'm sorry but it's just disgusting and makes me want to vomit.

But why its even more offensive is because the people who come on this board and use the term know this for a fact. But they think its funny to offend others. It's like calling someone the "c" word and then saying "oh I didn't know what that means". But actually its even worse than calling someone the "c" words. It's just filthy and offense.

I don't know where you've seen "teabagger" written on buses. I have never seen any bus with that written on it because people who attend tea parties finds that term offensive, unless it was a bus that the liberals who are against the tea parties put it on. People who attend tea parties do not call themselves "teabaggers". They call themselves Tea Party attendees. They refer to the event they are going to. They don't call themselves a derogatory term.

Here's another thing (These next two paragraphs are from an article I'll post a link to below).

So...if radio announcers and any others can be reported for using such an offensive term to over half the country, why would you even want to use such a term? It is not funny.

We have told everyone the term is offensive to over half the country. So tell me what enjoyment do you get out of insulting a lot of people.

I do not understand as an adult why when someone tells you something offends them you think it is funny to keep calling them that. There are a few of you that write things and answer each other back like a pack of bullies picking on people. Yes "picking" is the right word because you are showing that you have not matured into adults yet with your constant bantering back and forth giving each other the Attaboy for insulting people.

You also come on and make statements but you don't have anything to back them up and you don't to be asked to show where you get that information from. If I came on and said Obama murdered a man or stole money from a little ol lady, you would certainly ask me for the proof of where I heard/read that. But you don't think you need to provide any information to back up your statements.

I never "told" the poster "what they are and are not allowed to say". I don't appreciate people saying I said something I didn't. Here's my words copied from my post.

It was a request, that is all. I said "please" stop calling them that. It's totally up to the posters choice whether they want to continue to insult people. Nobody is stopping them. They can either choose to be an adult and stop calling people things that offend them or not. That is totally up to them.

I just thought that people were adults here. I would never presume to call my family or friends a name they find offensive and after they tell me I'm offending them to keep doing it. Sorry, I do care about other people. But hey, it's just a computer screen to them. If they get their pleasure/kicks from insulting people and that really turns them on because they have just insulted someone who they don't know because it's just a blank screen in front of them, hey more power to them. I have become friends with some people on this website and have come to realize there really is a human being on the other side of the screen. I, as an adult just don't get my thrills over insulting people.

Yeah sticks and stones was when I was a child. But as a 45+ year old adult I have learned to behave like an adult. If someone tells me something is insulting to them I don't continue on calling them what they want.

But I did not invent it, I did not say it. I posted a video in which a bunch of people are CALLING THEMSELVES THAT. Maybe you should talk to Glenn Beck. I may be mistaken, but he is the one who stirred this up and I suspect he is the one who started using this label. They are not called Tea Bag Parties. They are called Tea Parties. As a side note, I buy my tea in bulk and use a tea ball to put the loose tea leaves in and steep them. The tea that the colonists threw into the harbor was loose tea, not tea bags (hence the term Tea Party).

If you knew the true meaning behind the Tea Party from 1773 you would understand a little better about why people today are having the same tea parties.

The Declaration states:

âThat whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.â

So to call people âteabaggersâ because they believe in our country and want the laws of the country followed, it is really another insult. And people fail to remember the tea party preempted the Civil War. I am constantly reminded that history repeats itself. I hope it doesnât happen, I hope we are able to elect a new congress to try to fix what is being destroyed, but nothing surprises me anymore

the incorrect use of the word "your." I've noticed it's much more prevalent on one side than the other. If these people are MTs, I pity the patients whose notes they transcribe. If it wasn't so sad, it would be laughable. These aren't just typos. They show a complete ignorance of the English language.
