good at passing the blame off and unable to admit when they are wrong. My idea of a real man is one who accepts responsibility for his mistakes and learns from those mistakes.

Both sides are way too powerful....they should have it taken - from them.....sm

Government was NEVER meant to be powerful over its people. It was meant strictly to provide military force to protect its people, its borders (which we STILL do not do), provide infrastructure for commerce, etc., NOT decide/take away people's civil rights.

If government were doing their job right, we would never be talking about them because they would be non-existent in our day-to-day lives.

Is is that inconceivable that the root causes of the economic recession could be multifactorial? Clinton was not passing blame. He was simple examining all aspects of the evolution of the crash It is apparent that he is WAY too intellectual for you wrap you brain around the fact that there are always more than one side to a story. and BTW, he is also WAY more qualified to speak with authority on the subject than authors of one-line drivebys can ever hope to be.

He's passing the blame....doing his "Don't blame me" - tour.....be a man!!

Your brain is too small to comprehend the complexities of multifactoral economic collapse, so it is not surprising that the best you can do is to connect the dots by showing your predictable contempt for a dem president who balanced the budget, turned the historically high post Reagan and one-term Bush deficit into a $236 billion dollar suplus and presided over the longest peace-time period of economic expansion in American history. Despite GOPs best but failed efforts to demonize him, Bill Clinton's approval rating soared to 73% AFTER the impeachment hearings. When he left office, his approval rating was 68%, which matched those of Ronald Reagan and Franklin D. Roosevelt as the highest ratings for departing presidents in the modern era. He has gone on to receive honors, accolades and global recognition for his political accomplishments and humanitarian work.

When Bill Clinton speaks, especially on economic issues, folks listen. Why? because of his proven track record. You can spew, sputter and spin to your heart's content, but it isn't going to change the truth found ensconced in those pesky pages of history.

You need to find your own info, stop the name calling deary, - and stop copy/paste everything.. nm

content of the post would explain why you felt compelled to undermine yourself with an ineffective volley of personal insults. I simply summarized info I read in my own words and stated the obvious...that complex economic issues appear to be beyond your grasp, which is illustrated by anyone who would assert that BCs detailed examinations of multiple contributing factors amounts to blame-passing. Just plain ignorant.

Bottom line here is that BC is respected for his knowledge on economic issues. His class, style, success and intelligence drive wingnuts up the wall.
According to Clinton, the republicans never tried to - force him into or out of anything....nm

Plenty Of Blame To Go ALL AROUND For Our Current Mess.Mar 08, 2010
This "blame game" thing is positively juvenile. You can trace our debt problems all the way back to Wilson, people, and maybe even earlier than that. There's only one question in the current political season: Is the current administration making things worse or better? ANSWER: Worse. Much, much worse. So, we have to continue to vote the ba$tards out of office until we hopefully luck on an administration that has some guts. There's no other way out of this mess. Accor ...
