AANS and other neurosurgical orgs convened in Washington, DC to discuss the Obamacare death panels and how it will impact their medical practices.
One neurosurgeon called this information into Mark Levin's radio show. He explains that patients are referred to as "units" and provides other details....

A generation ago FDR said, "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." This generation has been taught to cringe in fear, to believe that we are one step away from total disaster. This genereation has become less self-sufficient with a "Take-care-of-me-I-can't-handle-things-on-my own." People used to freak out about fluoride in the water supply; now it's death panels. Yes, the world can be a dangerous place and one needs to use common sense in order to navigate, but at least find out the truth about a situation before you start wringing your hands in fear.

And since you are trying to knock the Affordable Health Act, I have also transcribed many reports where people are forced to go to the ER and then are discharged without medications, only to have to go back in because they can't afford the medications and don't have insurance. But I am sure you already know this, being an MT.
