Anyone know about fish oil? I have been taking it 2 gm a day for awhile, but been reading about autoimmune issues and inflammation. A book on a Paleo diet suggests 15 gm a day to help with inflammation and this just seems like a lot. I have gone up to 3 tid and feel better, but afraid to go higher. Anybody taking this much? I also take vit D and magnesium 200 bid and nothing else.
