What actor/actress can you not stand to watch?

I had a discussion with a friend about annyoying and talent-less actors/actresses. Her picks were Brendan Fraser and J Lo. For me, there is something about Nicole Kidman that I just cannot stand. I don't know if it is her inability to move her stone-like face or her opaque skin, but I will purposefully not watch a movie with her in it!

I can't stand this one english actor.. he has lots of hair and was caught with a prostitute once in California I think.... sigh.. He was in a movie with Julia Roberts... Nicholas Cage actually has a few redeeming appearances in movies. Raising Arizona, of course, beats anything Tom Cruise has been in.

Tom Cruise, didn’t mind him back in the 80s, but it was all about him being a "heart throb." But... after his Oprah Winfrey performance I have never been able to look at him the same way. And the Scientology thing is just the icing on the cake.

so called "A list" actors... the ones who are always touted as being such great actors when they really aren't. George Clooney is one. He can't act as anything but George Clooney. I can't watch Brad Pitt or his girlfriend Jolie because I can't see them as anything other than who they are. I like actors who can disappear in a role and when I'm watching I don't see the actor, I only see the character they are playing. That is hard to do when their private lives are so well known. There are very few super famous people that can disappear like that. And most of them really can't act.

That's why character actors are so much more fun to watch - IMO like sm

Kathy Bates, Steve Buscemi, Tom Arnold (yes, Tom Arnold LOL), Peter Lorre (oldie but a goodie), Forrest Whitaker, Christopher Lloyd (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest OMG), Joe Pesci (although he's really HARD to watch sometimes), Helen Mirrin (but she's a lead sometimes, but SO versatile and amazing).

I really think the character actors prop up the stars. They make the show.

He was fantastic in What's Eating Gilbert Grape, but Titantic really ruined any future LD movies. I did catch Catch Me If You Can and thought he did a pretty good job. I didn't see the Tarantino movie he did, but he supposedly was really good in that one. Just seemed like a hard movie to watch so I passed.

Now that is an interesting choice. Never would take - LC as being unwatchable.

Cameron Diaz, even though she is in one of my favorite movies, The Holiday. I watch it in spite of her, I guess. She is such an over actor. I like Jim Carey in Liar Liar...other than that...nope. Oh, and Diane Keating. Wow....Again, she is in two of my favorite movies but she drives me up a wall.

I am definitely challenged when it comes to knowing if something looks right. I'm thinking of getting a new flat screen television and the one I have in mind is about 10 inches longer than the stand I have. I love my stand and matching tables and want to keep it/them. I never see TVs longer than stands in ads and in displays. I don't want to buy it, get it home and set up only to find I really hate it that it is longer than the stand. Anybody care to offer ...

I received a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for Xmas and I am thrilled, but any time I try to make a risen dough, bread, pizza crust, etc., they do not rise sufficiently and seem tough.
