Deepak and Oprah's FREE 21-day Meditation Experience

Posted: Nov 3, 2014

I want to share something with all of you that may be incredibly valuable ... life-changing, even.  Those who have known me for a while know that I am a regular practitioner of guided meditation, and have been for many years. Of ALL the life changes I have made in the last two decades - nutritional ones and lifestyle ones - the addition of regular, daily guided meditation has been one of the most profound. The way I began many years ago was with one of Deepak Chopra's very first 21-day meditation challenges. For 21 days, I was emailed the link to a daily meditation that I never thought I would stick with ... but I did. At the end of the 21 days, I felt absolutely transformed. I knew after those 21 days that I would never again be without guided meditation in my life and I haven't. Over the years, Deepak's 21-day guided meditations have grown and evolved and have gotten even better with time ... and the best part is that they are completely *FREE*. Absolutely free ... for something that can provide a very profound life transformation. To participate, all you have to do is register at the link below. After that, you can log in via Facebook or email to access your daily meditations - your choice. Then, every day for the next 21 days, find a comfortable spot to sit in with NO DISTRACTIONS (kids, pets, phones, etc) for 20 minutes, close your eyes and be prepared for a huge shift in paradigm. The theme for the current meditation is "Energy of Attraction - Manifesting Your Best Life" and is sure to be one of their best ones yet. Today is day #1 so don't wait to register - sign up today. I encourage any one who is looking for a way to get "unstuck" or who needs a little extra motivation to give this 21-day meditation experience a try. I can personally guarantee that you will come out of it with an absolutely new life perspective. It's one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself - I hope this will be the beginning of a regular meditation journey for you!

Thank you!! I've done one of these in the past - MME

It was such an amazing experience. I didn't realize they had them regularly, I will sign up for this one for sure. If anyone needs extra motivation for life change and to find ways to get unstuck, it's those of us in the MT field. Thanks again! :)

I figured that too, MME - YVW - anon

Enjoy it - I hope it makes a difference for you! Namaste.

Why all the "dislikes"?? - I dont get it

It's meditation, people ... why all the dislikes? Who ever could possibly hate meditation? That's like hating baby bunnies. Holy criminy ...nobody is selling anything, it's FREE. AND IT MIGHT HELP YOU.

All the hate on this board is hilarious. Literally ... I mean, it literally makes me laugh out loud.

I can't speak for everyone else, but... - sm

A dislike would not go towards the OP for posting the message, but the dislike would go to Oprah. I cannot stand her. I thought her show was a bunch of garbage and my mom (before she passed away) would call me on a weekly basis and she was basically depressed from listing to her and her guests. She would have people come on claiming they had Ph.Ds so would get the audience all riled up. I had a baby sister that died at 2 years old from meningitis. My mom battled with depression from that. Oprah's so called expert guests had my mom believing that God didn't love her and that my sisters death was her fault because she was a bad person and so God took my sister away from her.

I didn't like her show because it was like a big cattle drive. She didn't seem interested in her guests, but rather how many guests she could cram into her show.

I believe she is a big fake, and her political viewpoints need to stay in her own home. I do not like what she has her nose stuck in.

So all in all anything she is involved with I stay away from. You want to call it hate, well that's your opinion. Mine is disappointment in her that she my mom believing what she did.

If it's Deepak's meditation I would take a look, but anything Oprah is associated with? No thanks.

Thanks, anon (sm) - Cluny

This is the third day, but the first for me. Since the house is still asleep I intend to start my day every day with this. I just finished my first meditation. Thank you for introducing me to this. I'm going through a divorce and selling my house I've lived in for 20 years. I really needed this!

Oh I'm so glad this helps, NYMT!! - anon

Meditation always brings a huge sense of peace into my otherwise chaotic world. For just those few minutes a day, I can focus on a thought that plants a seed and makes my life a little bit better that day. I hope it does for you too, and I'm sooo sorry to hear about the losses of your marriage and your home. I'm sure it's a very tough time for you, so if the meditation brings a tiny bit of peace into your day and into your life then I'm so glad. Namaste!

Meditation Oil?Jul 04, 2010
Someone at work told me she had some kind of perfume or oil which was meant to be used as a kind of aid to meditation. She said, she didn't have time for the meditation, she she put the oil on her wrists before she left the house and hoped for the best! It made me wonder, though. I know various scents can have an effect on mood, and I always liked the smell of incense in church. What scents do you think would be ood to put oneself in the right frame of mind for meditation or praye ...

What An Experience! Jan 24, 2011
He grasped me firmly but gently just above my elbow, guided me into his room and quietly shut the door. We were alone. He approached soundlessly from behind and spoke in a soft voice: "Just relax." Without warning, he reached down and soon I felt his strong hands start at my ankles, gently probing, moving steadily upward along my calves. My breath caught in my throat. I knew I should be afraid, yet somehow I just didn't care. His touch was experienced and sure. As his hands moved up my thig ...

Has Anyone Else Experience This ?May 28, 2015
After ten years of having the Wound Care Clinic at the place I work for being my primary account, last week they just disappeared.  I wouldn't have had any warning except that in the body of one report a few weeks ago one of the docs told the patient that they were switching over to EMR.  I know it sounds like nothing, but I have typed for these four physicians for Ten Years, almost exclusively!  I know they don't know that only one person was doing their transcription, ...

Anyone With Experience With This?Oct 23, 2015
Last month, someone charged 300+ in nutrition products to my charge card exactly ten days before it expired, then a few minutes later tried it again.  The card company noticed it and texted me.  I told them that I did not make the charges, so they charged the first one back to the nutrition products seller and declined approval on the second one, and cancelled the card. The online seller, a fitness company, has now submitted their evidence.  They claim I bought it and they shippe ...

Past ExperienceJun 06, 2011
Anyone ever have a person in their past that they miss and can't get out of their heads; you just wish they would somehow walk back into your life just to be near them again if only for a moment to feel what you used to feel? Does Anyone Have Any Experience Making Jul 04, 2012

Wondering If Anyone Else Has Had This ExperienceJul 21, 2012
I recently said on another board I was glad I did not have any friends because no one can say do it for the kids.  Well, when I talk about my anxiety and depression, I get very sick and tired of people saying it is because I do not have enough faith.  Believe me, I do.  Or I did anyway.  I have asked to be filled with the holy spirit.  I have begged for a miracle.  Not sure what else to do, but it is CHEMICAL.  Has nothing to do with faith.   Off soapbox ...

Anyone Have Experience Selling Coins?Jun 28, 2011
