Anyone Else Like Working Early Mornings

Just wondering if I'm the only one who enjoys getting up early and working? Most people I know think that's crazy to want to get up early, especially on weekends. I am most productive very early in the morning and lose my steam by the mid afternoon. I know I can't be the only one, but maybe we are just few and far between? I always hear, "If I did your job, I would stay up late and work." Um, no. Not me. I would fall asleep at the keyboard.
So anyone else up and productive this early Sunday morning?

I am an early bird too. Only problem is is you run into a problem - there is nobody to ask so executive decision time.

[ In Reply To ..]I work 5a to 2p and I have been on that shift for 25 years. Tried the 10p to 6a shift for about 3 months and never could sleep, so back to 5-2. I have a little doggie daycare at my house and they aren't quite up that early, but they are either in bed or on the couch and I try to keep it quiet until they are ready to get up. I feel like I still can have "a life" in the afternoon more not having to work the usual 9-5 shift, or going to work in the evening.
The only problem, I don't always have work this early, but for some reason, been getting quite a bit lately.

[ In Reply To ..]I tend to do better early, but not when it's dark out. I like getting up around 6 a.m. then getting to work around 7 or so. I'm stuck on a start at 10 a.m. shift, which isn't so bad, but I really don't like working too late into the afternoon. Evenings are OUT. A) It's hubby time. Yes, I'm one of "those" who actually thinks that's important. B) I just want to "chill out" and not think about work past a certain hour.

[ In Reply To ..]I do better with the overnight shift. I was born at 1:30 in the morning. My clock must be built that way, but I think your clock can get used to whatever hours you like. I get out of bed around 10 am, run errands, go to the gym, visit friends and family and then when they are all sleeping I am working.
