My sun conure is Tooki (kind of named after Tiki who died in an accident a bit over a year ago) Tooki is a female (we had her sexed and yes you can with with bird) she is a mini parrot and has a DEFINITE attitude and at times, she is referred to as "Paris Hilton boid" -- as a funny and nolt so not, about 2 months ago, I moved, had 2 computers having to go at the same time with work, and went over to my laptop, and she had destroyed EVERY key on the bottom right side of the laptop keyboard -- I can still use it but carefully but that night I was ready for "deep firied boid" she is SPOILED to the max, and will be quiet to an extent while I work, then all of a sudden its a flutter of wings and she lands on my shoulder telling me "break time" I have a lloft apartment and she climbs up the stairs and hangs over the loft too - LOL
;Hubby is a HUGE Disney fan and just had to name his pups with Disney related names.
I've had some pretty wierd friends over the years:
Co-worker that had a dalmation named Dog (pronounced D-O-G). Just by the way it sounded, I figured it was something exotic and asked her how to spell it, LOL. She just looked at me like I fell off the stupid tree. And, boy, did I feel like it!
A high school friend that had a cat named Sh!thead....He never used the litter box.
Another high school buddy that had a charcoal black male cat named Kenpo, because he was a Kenpo instructor. The name suited the cat to a T....very aggressive cat.
