Up until the last inflammatory line, you have good points. As I've said before, we all made choices that got us here. We bought at Walmart or chose the cheapest things (imports) instead of supporting local/American products and businesses. We continued to support businesses that outsourced. We, the American consumer, did it to ourselves.
We did it because American is a materialistic society. We did it to keep up with the Joneses. We did it because we thought we deserved all those cheap things instead of keeping our purchases to what we really needed. We thought it was our right as Americans.
Those things could have been made in America.
There are consequences to not looking out for your neighbor. One can't be out for oneself, shopping the "best deals" while supporting companies that outsource, without suffering the consequences.
Time of us to grow up and take responsibility.
