All the misconduct that's gone on, malfeasance in office, incompetence - and these bureaucrats are more likely to be struck by lightning than fired. Just the most recent example the head of the VA and his outrageous Disneyland comment (on top of having done nothing to improve the situation at the VA and yet getting a bonus!!??)
