Maybe there's perfectly plausible answers for these questions, but I just don't know. Full video might help?

1. Is it unusual for guns made nowadays to discharge easily just because they hit the ground?

2. If police and Fox are so sure no one was was injured to release at statement 29 minutes after Mike Tobin reported it, why was the suspect lying motionless on the ground in the ending video clips and taken to the hospital as precaution (moving at that point, though)?

3. Why didn't Mike Tobin, the Fox News Reporter, wait for confirmation of what happened before he reported it?

I agree with the commenters saying perhaps it would've been best for the OP to wait before reporting for details, but then the same should be said for Mike Tobin, then, too.

I have read post after post after post on this board where people specifically state where Fox lied...... so how does anyone conclude "not one single time can they specifically state EXACTLY what Fox lied about"? I remember reading many of these posts so maybe some people just missed reading them?

**Fox lied about "death panels." Stupid Sarah Palin lie that is a running lie on Fox. Death panels don't exist and never have.

**Fox said there were no terror attacks on American soil during Bush administration. Somebody forgot the 3,000 Americans killed on 9/11?

Thanks to the OP commenter of the link with videos for that, that's the closest I could find to film of the incident itself with Mike Tobin himself. So make that 4 questions (the 3 others are above).

Question #4: Where is Mike Tobin's film now of the incident as it was happening?

That would resolve a lot of the confusion and could've been evidence if he was right. If he didn't film it as it was happening, odd. Because though the media doesn't really care about the actual events these days, that's Pulitzer prize-winning stuff for journalists.

You have to wonder if someone deliberately staged this to look like what it ended up not being.

Truly I am sick of this racism stuff. Most of us went through Civil Rights. Both sides went through a lot yet these young kids seem to think that they can do anything they want and don't have any responsibility for their actions.

No way do I support anyone who destroys people's livelihoods and destroy a senior center built for so many to use.

As I said, most of us went through Civil Rights. I know Dr. King would be rolling in his grave over this. I admired him so and I am an old white woman.
