The name of the police officer is Shandy Cobane. He does not look Mexican to me, and the genesis of the surname "Cobane" is good old Anglo-Saxon!

who do take their "authority" too far and that is against anyone including blacks, whites, and Hispanics. This is an instance of that. As for the words that were spoken....I'm sorry...that sounded really fake to me. That must have been one heck of a microphone to capture it that loud from that far away. LOL.

I will agree 100% that the cop should not have used the physical force that he did....but as for the words that were captured on the video....sounds fake to me.

Also, they never said whether or not those guys on the ground were guilty or not. They said that 2 possibly didn't have anything to do with it but never really went into that further and if 2 were suspected to be innocent...what about the third guy? Too many unanswered questions and I still say the vocal part of the video was fake.
