The OP's LINK is from the Daily Mail. The headline she supplied is NOT from the Daily Mail. The word "Obama" is not even in the Daily Mail article.

The Daily Mail headline reads as follows:

I had to use the google to figure out how in the world the OP came up with that headline.

Again, nowhere in the dailymail article does the word Obama even appear. Other news outlets that are pointing to the story are relying on their readership to be easily led by headlines. Sometimes it works. People can call it Obamaville if they want, but you can't use the dailymail as a reference for that.

There have always been a lot of homeless encampments in my city because of nice year-round weather; however, there has been a surge in the last few years. One of the saddest parts is that a lot of them are veterans. They served our country and look where they are now? It's shameful.

I just heard that today Obama signed the Tribal Law and Order Act.
