Obama Factor Adds to Fears of Democrats

Yes I am quaking in my boots - Dems = Repubs

Let's just say that whatever 'harm' the Obamafactor brings, the TEA party hurts the Repubs at least twice as much.

But you don't care what hurts the Repubs. I say - power to the TP, and I'm a Repub.

I think she does; she remarked that the Tea Party is - hurting Republicans (sm)

As for me, I don't think any party benefits from the fracturing of the "other" party. Both parties need to be strong to have a healthy nation, IMO.

Yep, to win the primaries these days a Repub has to be a crazy conservative. - me

And then has to turn around and be a "moderate" in the general election. That didn't work for Romney, did it? That old "etch-a-sketch."

This is why Hillary Clinton will be our next president.

Hillary as next president? - sm

And you base that on?

Hilary - I don't think so, not after Bengazhi. - sm message

[ In Reply To ..]
Although significantly dreading it, I thought she would be the next President as well but not after Bengazhi and "what difference does it make?" Too many military people will never vote for her now. Plus, I think it was totally shady how she resigned afterwards to get out of the limelight so hopefully Bengazhi would go away. it won't. Really dreading the election years.

The voters who would not vote for her because of Benghazi were not going to vote for her anyway. Even though she has not yet announced, polls have shown her leading every Republican that has shown any indication of running in 2016 except Christie, and he is not polling very well now. Perhaps if Republicans would stop disparaging entire demographics of voters, they might have a better chance, but I for one do not hold out much hope for that.

Not just Benghazi will keep Hillary out. - She's got too much baggage.

I would love to see a woman president, but I don't think it will be Hillary. Too bad she didn't beat out Obama. I don't think our country would be in the mess it is now if she had won the nomination and then the presidency.

Oops that was supposed to be a dislike - Because the country is NOT

[ In Reply To ..]
NOT in a mess.

I didn't like the IDEA of the bailout either, but what it did was stop the hemorrhaging.

Of course the tea party/GOP would have loved Obama to have let the banks fail so they could pounce on what would follow: An implosion.

We do have significant problems, but we always have and likely always will. NO president, female, male, black, white, or chartreuse, is going to be perfect.

I for one do not think Hilary (Democrats) will win in 2016, because it is the GOP's 'turn' to be in power (in order to keep down revolt the two main parties just take turns being in power). And yes, I think our elections are rigged.

I think we should expect a VIABLE minority from the GOP for the win. And I really hope I am wrong.

are against delaying Obamacare for a year? Watching C-Span and the House has been voting on funding the government again. One part of this bill is the vote on DELAYING the healthcare law until 1/1/2015. What the heck is wrong with that? After all, Obama DELAYED certain aspects of the law until 2015.  Delaying the healthcare law does not repeal it. Delaying the healthcare law doesn't defund it. So, what's wrong with that? Obama and Reid will not negotiate. That's not how ...

DEMOCRATS TO OBAMA: KEEP YOUR DISTANCEJan 31, 2014
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Spooked by President Barack Obama's low approval ratings, some of his fellow Democrats in tough November election races have begun their campaigns by distancing themselves from the White House and asserting their independence from Obama's policies. Obama Faces Potential Rifts With Democrats In Mounting Immigration FightAug 17, 2014
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is facing potential rifts with members of his own party in tough re-election contests as he barrels toward a fall fight with Republicans over his ability to change immigration policies.
