The topic is whether they are fit for the job for which they were chosen, e.g., just because Ben Carson was a successful neurosurgeon does not mean he can run an enormous government agency; a different skill set is required. Look at a lot of the ambassadors to other countries that Obama picked. They were big contributors to his campaign. Look it up. So if you want to point out any pay for play, do a search and you'll see articles on them.
