might have made a difference if he favored Clinton over Sanders. But, what harm can he do favoring Clinton over the whole field of Republicans.

What, you say, he is not supposed to have a life and an opinion and be able to donate to anyone? Yeah, right.

All 3 donations were to the Clinton FOUNDATION, (before she declared) and not Hillary's campaign, and yes, for everyone watching the exacts of the Clinton Foundation money, they are not the same thing, and that will be scrutinized, I am sure.

Because if it's the latter, helllllooo, the journalist moderator they do choose is most likely going to privately be a registered Dem or a Repub, and considering they DO vote and will have to pick one, you could just as easily claim bias if the moderator is a Jeb Bush supporter vs. Rand Paul supporter.

Moderating is just asking questions as their job and it's supposedly impartial (cough cough).

But look at it this way - even if George came out and said "I'm a hard-core Dem" and I privately give to the Clinton campaign, who better than to grill and test and weed out the strong from the weak Republican candidates than a Dem?

If it were possible, I personally would want Ted Cruz himself to moderate the Dem debates and all the questions be created by Ted personally. That way, we could have him throw his hardest questions at them and have them prove they're worthy of being president.

(I had a lot of other stuff in here, but I want to save it for another comment on "impartial" journalism and disclosure.)
