The thousands of mothers, many of whom will give birth to babies that will either die or require 24/7 complete care for the rest of their lives because they have little or no brains, will be vilified and blamed for needing help. All the while, the Congress has gone home on vacation without a thought to federal aide to the most vulnerable communities. Wake up people. This is not a joke! The entire southern half of the country is at risk.;
