Changing SS to include a higher cap on earnings isn't getting rid of it, nor is upping the age of FULL retirement a year or two. What's wrong with that? NOTHING, NADA. People in the 70s are still working now. They aren't touching anyone's SS over the age of 55. What's wrong with that? I was in my 40s when they upped the full retirement age to 67. I don't know anyone who said they were getting rid of SS back then.

SS COLA? What's that? Everyone I talked to had their Medicare raised the exact same amount that took away every cent of the COLA or some have to pay even more than their COLA covered.

As for Medicare, what good is it now? It mays 20% unless you take a supplement. Then you're paying over $100 a month for that privilege. Plus you need a third supplement for RX coverage which depends on which group you chose. That could cost upwards of $200 a month.

The rest of the complaints are just more bull....except public education. i guess people don't want school choice. Don't what those poor people going to a good school, huh?

All of those complaints are ust wishful thinking on the liberal progressive's hate policies.

As for more liberals entering the military than conservatives, how about some proof of that?

The 114th Congress will be made up of 70 current members and 11 incoming members of the U.S. House of Representatives who have served or are serving in the U.S. military. Three of the incoming members are Democrats; the other seven are Republicans.

On the Senate side, three incoming members (two of whom are currently serving in the House) are serving or have served in the military — (aren't they all Republicans?) There are currently only 13 members of the Senate who served in the military.

Obama has done so much more to destroy this country than any other president in history. He has also practically bankrupted this country all by himself, caused rioting through his hatred of law and order, allowed terrorism into this country, and allowed murderers to stay here in sanctuary cities.

First, to be impeached, Trump and Pence would have to be brought up on charges.

Article I § 2 of the United States Constitution gives the House of Representatives the sole power to impeach (make formal charges against) and Article I § 3 gives the Senate the sole power to try impeachments. Article II § 4 of the Constitution provides as follows:

"The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

Thus, the operative legal standard to apply to an impeachment of a sitting President is "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

The president remains in office even if they are impeached. Only upon conviction by the senate will they be removed, in which case the next eligible person in the line of succession will become president (this will normally be the vice president).

Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson are the only two presidents ever impeached and neither were convicted. The senate requires a two thirds majority to convict which is a rather high bar to jump.

Now, to answer the question...next after Pence would be...........the Speaker of the House.

So do the upsurpers really want to try to waste more time and money on impeachment which will never happen? I don't think so, not if they care about this country. Most don't know the law or the Constitution and are only relying on what they're being TOLD, which doesn't fly.

Some have already been arrested, indicted and sent to jail. The latest - Chakah Fattah (D) was found guilty on all 23 charges he faced, which included racketeering, money laundering and fraud, but only got 10 years. He wasn't smart enough to reitre like Frank and Dodd did. Too bad the special investigation team didn't have Lois Lerner and Koskinen indicted. Maybe there's still hope. :)
