This may be too much info for some of you guys, so sorry in advance! My period is normally a very heavy flow with terrible cramps and lasts 6 to 8 days. Lucky me, I know. Last month it was normal (well, what I consider normal for me). This month it was like 1 day of spotting and that was it. I did have a bit of cramping, but this is not normal for me.
