just like they like to call the conservatives. Only they really are. Did you catch Chrissy Tingle Matthews the other night saying that by NG talking about welfare and food stamps, he was denigating blacks?? He was serious, too. Newt never mentioned a race, why would he? Well, wait, actually I think he did say at one point that there are more whites on food stamps than blacks. But that didn't stop Chrissy!!

I would love to know why they did not receive recognition; it does seem very odd.

Overall, I thought the convention went very well. No one is ever going to be 100% happy with 100% of the speakers, but appreciate those as someone said below "that does not blow smoke up your skirt". I am really sick of the politicans that are so PC, and treat the public as if they are too stupid to grasp or understand the seriousness of what we are currently being faced with by the out-of-control debt. No amount of stimulus money can spend us into prosperity. If debt and out-of-control spending was the answer to prosperity, there would be no need for bankruptcy courts.

I am anticipating Paul Ryan's speech tonight. Since he is so intelligent and has a firm understanding of finances, he will do quite well.
