American Jobs Act--Facts

There are some here who need to provide some facts instead of rhetoric. Here is the source "straight from the horses mouth." This is to be presented to Congress today. http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2011/09/08/fact-sheet-american-jobs-act Many of the proposals will favor the retention of jobs in the United States rather than the offshore outsourcing. As I am sure everyone remembers, Democrats tried to propose anti-offshore legislation between June 2010 through September 2010, when the Republicans blocked the bills to promote their political motives of trying to make Obama look bad and what was good for their corporate sponsors, rather than what was good for the American worker. We shall see how far President Obama's proposals go with the Republican-controlled Congress this time. After the August recess, apparently some of the Republicans are now giving lip service that they are willing to work together. Why don't I believe any of them? I guess because they have not proposed anything, and have blocked everything that would be of any help. Contact your legislators and let them know how you feel on Americans working! ;
