enough, some people are never grateful. Not the poster who got assistance. She clearly is.

I can tell you stories of people who wait until their heat is cut off so they can get free emergency assistance. Some people want more than others.

Don't call people petty because they object to their money being taken. To some people, $1 is two cans of tuna fish. Not everyone qualifies for assistance, or wants it for that matter.
