having to give a measly dollar to energy assistance because it "was against her will", and she saw it as a tax. She also resented it because 'maybe' they would start taking out for $10 or maybe more from her bill eventually. She got called out for her pettiness and accused the poster who got energy assistance of not being grateful to her. Now that is the ultimate in pettiness.
