from your energy bill to help people who can't afford to pay for oil or gas to heat their home? I am a retired MT having trouble making ends meet, and I applied for LIHEAP last fall. I got a grant for $1400 to help me heat my home, and thanks to that grant I didn't freeze to death. I'm so sorry you resent having to help me out.
