Give $1 a month to help those who don't have one single cent to buy heating oil. I thanked the LIHEAP program for granting me money to buy heating oil. I even cried when I got my grant letter. My state doesn't take anything out of people's energy bills to pay for the program. You never know, you might qualify for a heating grant next season. You should apply.
