years old, and I wear a snowsuit around the house to stay warm. I didn't get any help but I still have to pay that money. What happens when we don't pay? They turn off our heat. What happens when it goes up next year and the year after that. Will it every stop?

A little gratitude to the rest of us would be nice. But no, I;m "selfish" for wanting to pay my own heating bill and keep my own money.
