I'd get out, now. Cut your losses and consider yourself lucky. That's some shifty stuff he's doing and what's next? He'll probably say he cares about you and is concerned for your safety, blah, blah, but it's really just controlling behavior. My phone has a fingerprint swipe to get into it and a number code as well. Can you keep him out of your phone that way?
Relationships should be built on trust and he obviously doesn't trust you and it's probably because HE can't be trusted! Deal breaker and a good way to get out of this marriage you don't want!
