Ineligible DACA beneficiaries discovered on North Carolina voting rolls, 10/22/2014:

With the North Carolina U.S. Senate race in a dead heta, state election officials say they have discovered 145 names on the voting rolls who are ineligible to vote because they are illegal immigrants who have been granted President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals status.

“We want to know how such a large number of non-U.S. citizens were ever registered to vote in the first place,” Jay DeLancy, executive director of the Voter Integrity Project of North Carolina, told Watchdog.org. “There is clearly a system failure here and we need the Board of Elections and the DMV to help the Legislature and the public understand where the problem lies.”

in Nevada for voter fraud, 04/18/2014: CARSON CITY — Secretary of State Ross Miller says a woman has been arrested on two felony charges for allegedly using a false identity to register to vote and casting ballots in Nevada elections. Miller late Friday announced the arrest of Ortencia Segura in California.

A complaint filed by the attorney general's office says Segura registered to vote in Washoe County in August 2008 and provided identification with the name of Marisela Reyna. Authorities confirmed she voted in the 2008 and 2010 elections.

Authorities say information from the Justice Department show Segura was arrested in 2012 and deported for filing a false statement on a passport application. They say she also had a false Nevada driver's license, prompting the investigation.

Miller says Segura was arrested Thursday for entering the country illegally.

Discovers Dozens of Illegal Voters in Florida, 03/19/2014: WBBH-TV reporter Andy Pierrotti managed to track down dozens of local residents who were (a) both non-US citizens and (b) registered to vote in the swing state. Many of them had illegally voted in recent elections.

"We don't know how widespread this problem is because elections offices don't keep track of where non-citizens live," Pierrotti reports, "So we decided to do something that they'd never tried to do before: We found them on our own." The investigation began by examining state forms on which residents had declined jury duty by checking a box indicating that they weren't US citizens, and were therefore ineligible to serve. Pierrotti then cross-referenced those results with local voter rolls, identifying at least 94 people who were registered to vote in the state of Florida. Next, he visited some of these people at their homes, where they admitted that they weren't citizens and professed ignorance as to how they were registered to vote in the first place. But voting records confirmed that they'd exercised their "right" to vote that, as non-citizens, they do not actually possess. The NBC 2 team interviewed a number of these illegal voters on camera, including a Jamaican national who simply attested that he was a US citizen on a voter registration form, and -- voila! -- he joined the American electorate. It was a felony, but it was that easy. And if a news crew hadn't connected the dots, no one would have ever known.

These allegations were later proved to violate voter protection regarding purging voter roles to close to election day. Florida apparently was trying to wipe out huge sections of legitimate minority voters from the voters roles.

It worked for them. We've been saying all along (and not just us, other sources) that the only way they will win is by cheating. So far they are doing a pretty good job of it. I do hope they will not get away with it and that the election will be fair, but then again when was the last time there was a "fair" election. Not in my time (and I'm old enough to go back a few presidents).

Bush era. Remember the hanging chads in Florida and the gross lies from the Secretary of State? He would have lost if it weren't for Florida and their crooked politicians. Well can't forget his brother was governor at the time also. Eight years of his reign is enough of those crooked people.

If I am not there standing and watching the ballets counted I don't trust any of them. It's all an agenda. And it is not what is best for America.

It doesn't matter who cheats, cheating is wrong and a pretty desparate attempt on anyone's part.

It would not matter if the whole country refused to vote. The people in charge who put the people in the positions would still put the people in position. The only difference is that while they are hiding it behind this voting farce, if nobody voted it would be obvious what's been going on all along.

But that doesn’t mean that all 10,000 are ineligible to vote at this time. These are license holders who were not U.S. citizens when they got a license. We'll probably hear more about voter fraud after the fact (like last time). Prior to several years ago, I never would have thought that I could not trust my government with an election. Wasn't it somewhere in Michigan where they caught some woman voting 6 or 8 times? Some really feel good about winning even though they know they cheated. I guess it means they have no integrity.

There were several counts of people voting more than once and even 6-8 times. The thing was they were so stupid they go around announcing this. I guess the 1 person 1 vote is only for republicans. Democrats, etc are aloud to vote as many times as they want. Win at all cost no matter what.

Hoping this gets under control. I know it's like this always just weeks away from the election years, but for some reason this is particularly more nasty that the last elections I remember. Hoping they get the voter fraud under control too.

And may not stick around for too long after this one. The decline in caliber of posters I've seen on the board in the last several months is startling. There seem to be a lot of very childish, immature people (regardless of age) here. However, what bothers me most is the vile rhetoric coming from the liberal extremists. It's just plain mean. I know a lot of liberals have been banned from this site, but the others need to take it down a notch and stop with the bullying and meanness. It would be nice to have adult conversations and debate.

Out of the approximately 126,000,000 voters in 2012, what in the world would make you think that only Republicans had 1 vote and that every instance of voter fraud was committed by "Democrats, etc.?" Are you aware how utterly unbelievable this sounds based on the fact that around 126 million votes were cast in the 2012 presidential election?

A quick Google search reveals that a man in Wisconsin has recently been charged with 13 felony counts of election fraud and is claiming temporary amnesia. LOL. Sorry to burst your worldview, but there is evidence of Republican voter fraud.

I live in a rural state and I have always had to show my ID (even though those working at the polling place know me personally) to vote. Everyone that I know has some sort of ID, either a driver's license, a birth certificate, a social security card, etc. My state does not require a photo ID, although I am aware that some states do require that. I loved the one pointing out the fact that the state IDs are free and that the people Dems argued would be shut out of voting still would need the very same public transportion or whatever to get the ID for the convention! Maybe you all should just read the requirements for photo ID posted on the PA web site. BTW, PA had also advertised that they would pick people up and take them to DMV Centers if they had no transportation or money. There is no such thing as a poll tax in the PA voter ID law. It's free. Does anyone know how to report or prove disability fraud? I have someone who is receiving full disability benefits but is working under the table and playing sports all the while being "too disabled" to work. So many people can't get the disability they truly need and this is so unfair. TIA ...
