I can applaud! FINALLY, some Democrats who understand fiscal destruction and don't want their state to go down that road. The good of their state before the good of their party. It might not make it through the senate but good for the Democrats in the house!!

I personally do not like union busting tactics no matter who does them, Democrats or Republicans. That being said, what happened in Massachusetts is not even close to what happened in Wisconsin. In Massachusetts, it appears that collective bargaining is intact other than health insurance bargaining for municipal employees. In the Wisconsin bill that is on hold at this point, the only thing that public employees can bargain for is wages to the point of inflation. All other collective bargaining was stripped.
