instead of reading all the articles pro and con about the budget the House has come up with because we know how each side will either stretch the truth or outright lie on the subject, I went straight to the source. If you have time, you can read the whole budget, read the summary, or the questions and answers -- but, truthfully, if you want the full picture, you need to read the full plan.
