Would an anti-Muslim sweep (a bit impractical - given the setting) call for U.S. response?

In this link:

"Saudi Arabia is continuing the religious cleansing that has always been its official policy," Nina Shea, director of the Washington-based Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom, told FoxNews.com. "It is the only nation state in the world with the official policy of banning all churches.

So, this is their policy. Who are we to determine THEIR policy. This happened in the home of an Indian national, who, I will bet was in Saudi Arabia on business, making his millions from Saudi oil. Just respect their policies if you want to make your money there.

Sure, I suppose Kerry should ask for them to be freed in a humanitarian sense, but if you want to promote Christianity in places that forbid it, beware of the consequences.

I think this is going on in North Korea also. Bottom line, they got caught. It is strictly stated not to bring Christianity to North Korea. Now, all you can do is hope for negotiation and leniency.

The couple was eventually referred to Today's Jewellers in the Mount Pearl area becau ...

at Labour Party sponsored summer camp.  Wingnuts worldwide must be very proud.  What I don't get is why analysts say unless this turns out to be an organized effort with identifiable leaders behind it, it "probably won't have far-reaching, long-term effects."  Reports say police and government "didn't see it coming" despite a significant increase in right-wing net chatter of late, since Islamic extremism is perceived to be "the greater threat."  This desp ...

Mon Mar 8, 11:08 PM By Lee-Anne Goodman, The Canadian Press WASHINGTON - Sarah Palin's weekend admission that her family once travelled to Canada to receive treatment under the public health-care system she's so often demonized prompted skepticism and ridicule Monday among her critics in the United States.  "My first five years of life we spent in Skagway, Alaska, right there by Whitehorse," the former Alaska governor said Saturday night during a speech in Calgary.   ...

Daughter's School And Parental InvolvementNov 19, 2015
Since my daughter started kindergarten, I feel like the school expects parents to constantly be able to spend time at the school.  Do they not understand that in this economy both parents have to work.  I just feel like every week, there is something going on where they want parents to come to the school and help.  And then I feel guilty because I tell my daughter that I need to work and cannot come.  For example, tomorrow they are having a Thanksgiving Feast and sent home a ...

Saudi Arabia Strikes Yemen. SmMar 26, 2015
Houthi warn of "wide war". Warplanes from Saudi Arabia and Arab allies struck Shi'ite Muslim rebels fighting to oust Yemen's president on Thursday, a gamble by the world's top oil exporter to check Iranian influence in its backyard without direct military backing from Washington.
