at Labour Party sponsored summer camp. Wingnuts worldwide must be very proud.
What I don't get is why analysts say unless this turns out to be an organized effort with identifiable leaders behind it, it "probably won't have far-reaching, long-term effects." Reports say police and government "didn't see it coming" despite a significant increase in right-wing net chatter of late, since Islamic extremism is perceived to be "the greater threat." This despite the fact that wingnutism has been on the rise in Europe for years now?
What is that? Collective bigoted cultural wisdom informing national security forces that they should only take one threat at a time seriously? Right-wing extremist bullets and bombs are not as deadly as Islamic ones? If I were one of the parents of those summer camp kids, I would be making it my life's mission to inform them right back that Neo-Nazi terrorists kill kids deader than dead without remorse, that their actions merit the strongest condemnation in no uncertain terms, and that their parties deserve to be marginalized, scrutinized and monitored with exactly the same vigilence as Al-Qaeda cells, here, there and yonder.
Absolutely appalling.
