I cannot find a link that is safe. I know Michelle Obama visited the patient victims in the Boston area. Are you trying to make something of this?

but am still trying to connect the dots on this one. 9/11 was pretty obvious false flag, Newtown possibly to begin disarming citizens. It seems like something should be happening here, but not sure what. Could it somehow be leading to FEMA death camps? Do tell.

People who believe anything they are told. people who refuse to change there minds when confronted with facts.
a koolaid drinker is the liberal democrat who is liberal because they are told they should be. they have made no attempt to decide why the are liberal.
often a koolaid "drinker" simply wants to hate anything a republican does good or bad.
koolaid people are the vocal howard dean wing of the democrat party. the converse of rightwing loonies.
koolaid drinkers are the ones that went first when jim jones said drink.

[ In Reply To ..]
There were no jokes in my message AND you skipped over the highlighted parts, in some sick and twisted way thinking you would spin this the way you want it to be let me straighten a couple things out for you, since you are having a hard time understanding this.

Kool-Aid drinkers are:

1. People who believe what they are told.
2. They refuse to change their minds when confronted with facts.
3. A liberal democrat because they are told to be one.
4. They make no attempt to understand why they are liberal.
5. Kool-aid drinkers simply want to hate anything a republican does "good or bad".
6. The vocal Howard Dean wing.

There, no mention of Jamestown

AND you're way out of line as there were no "jokes" in my previous post. But hey that's okay, understand that's programmed in liberals to take things out of context and twist them into something it's not.

This is a political board and my message is political. If you don't like it then just skip over it. If you have a problem with it take it up with the moderator.

I'm not the poster you were responding to, but I think the same thing could be said to you: If you don't like it then just skip over it.

Both you and the poster you responded to have the right to post your thoughts. I don't see why you have to bring up the moderator; it's just a conversation.

You might be too young to remember the Jim Jones thing, but that's where the Kool-Aid reference comes from. If you think it's relevant to reference that, that's cool, but others get to respond to it, too.
It's not Jamestown. It's JONEStown. - Bob Loblaw
[ In Reply To ..]
Your link/C&P most certainly IS a joke (aka an LOL) from Urban Dictionary. Did you read your C&P or the entire link you posted? Lemme refresh your memory:

"koolaid drinkers are the ones that went first when jim jones said drink."

The phrase drinking the Kool Aid refers to Jonestown, and although it is used often, it's in extremely poor taste... unless you find giving children punch laced with poison and then ingesting the same punch afterwards in order to commit mass suicide the kind of thing to make light of. You happened to go the extra step and find an Urban Dictionary definition where this phrase has been warped further to make it a totally hilarious LOL (sorry.. I mean joke) about liberals and yet another boo-hoo-they-pick-on-us victimfest for RWers.

Don't try and suggest that I misunderstood anything... try looking up and reading into Jonestown.
Oops, Jonestown. Jamestown is a town in CA - buy hey, nice try at ignoring the entire message -
[ In Reply To ..]

and trying to only pull one small sentence and focus on that not mentioning everything else.  Big kudos to the liberal minister of disinformation machine. The message stays the same as in Kool-Aid drinkers is a political term used for people who do not think for themselves and do whatever they are told without questioning.  It refers to the haters that hate anything a republican does whether it's good or bad just because it's a republican.  Those are political issues, not gab or comedy issues.

Did YOU? - Read my entire link?  No you didn't, you just read the part you want to read, so here, let me refresh your memory.  Since even after 2 times you don't remember:

People who believe anything they are told. people who refuse to change there minds when confronted with facts.
a koolaid drinker is the liberal democrat who is liberal because they are told they should be. they have made no attempt to decide why the are liberal.
often a koolaid "drinker" simply wants to hate anything a republican does good or bad.
koolaid people are the vocal howard dean wing of the democrat party. the converse of rightwing loonies.
koolaid drinkers are the ones that went first when jim jones said drink.
that earth mama hippy chick is such a sixties burn out wanabe. dude she is just a "koolaid drinker" cut her a break. she listens to air american and npr.

So let me reiterate.  When people refer to Koolaid drinkers in the political sense it means:

1.  People who believe anything they are told.

2.  People who refuse to change their minds when confronted with facts.

3.  A democrat who is liberal because they are told they should be.  They make no attempt to decide why they are liberal.

4.  They want to hate anything a republican does good or bad.

5.  They are the vocal Howard Dean wing of the democrat party.

I really don't see how you can even think the tragedy at Jonestown is funny.  No it's not a LOL matter.  I don't know how old you are, but I'm old enough to remember that horrible tragedy, and I'll just say this.  It's not a joke as you suggest with your LOL post.

The fact of the matter is, some liberals are like the blind followers that unfortunately did what they were told to by that sicko and it ended in a tragedy, but we've seen it through this whole past and the previous election.  The similarities are eerily exactly alike, which is a shame.  Just because you don't like to hear it does not matter.

Now, I'm not naming anyone in particular here as being like them.  I'm saying "some" liberals are because, well, they are.  That is why the term has been used for years now.  Not talking about Jonestown people but instead bout the political affiliation.

The Kool-Aid comment is a hollow accusation/insult - used when someone

That was the name of the article. The poster did not call - anyone an idiot.

And I didn't name Republican or Democrat in my post. I was making a comment about the term, "Kool-Aid."
The gab board reference was about another post in the recent past. - sm
[ In Reply To ..]

It helps to know the history of a board, and if a post seems somewhat obscure and not necessarily blatantly "related" to the thread, you might consider that it has to do with something very specific to the board that you missed and also consider doing a little research before derailing a thread offering an unneeded, condescending explanation.

I was not discussing the Guyana tragedy. I was discussing politics. Another poster came in and tried to change it into something it was not.

Maybe you should direct your message at him/her.

Love your pic though.
What's the point in saying some liberals are - "kool-aid drinkers"
[ In Reply To ..]
when some conservatives are also "kool-aid drinkers?"

There are blind followers on both sides. We can sit around and analyze that fact all day, but what will we accomplish? Let's just move on and be civil with one another.
are you gonna do this every day? - (the similarities are eerily alike)

This kind of smear is unacceptable. You (the collective) obviously cannot comprehend anyone who rebuts you with any intelligence or class or civility, so I suppose the only recourse is to respond in kind. Capiche?
