Most of us don't live in border cities, but the fact is, many of us have seen an influx of all kinds of other cultures in our cities and suburbs. I guess we are exposed to so many different cultures up here, away from the border, that we're just not able to say who these people are "other than." We might as well call them OTCs - other than Canadian. Or Costa Rican. Or Columbian.

The Canadians come legally with visas or green cards. The 9/11 schmucks saw vulnerabilities in the Detroit-Windsor border and capitalized. They were illegal aliens other than Mexicans.
